MILL HALL – After three consecutive road games, Central Mountain returns home to Mill Hall park to host Selinsgrove in another key PHAC contest at 4:30 p.m. today.
The Seals were victim of a 7-5 loss to Jersey Shore on Monday and hold a 5-5 overall record, 2-3 in the conference.
Central Mountain is fresh off a 11-6 win at Shik, yesterday in Sunbury, a 17-3 rout at Shamokin on Monday and a tough 4-2 non-conference loss at Altoona last Saturday. The Wildcats are now 8-2 overall and 2-1 in the PHAC.
The ‘Cats handed Selinsgrove an 11-3 loss in the first cycle back on April 9.
The outcome of today’s game is key in conference standings for CM as they will host Jersey Shore on next Monday with the Bulldogs currently holding a 1 game lead over the Wildcats in the conference race. The Bulldogs host Shikellamy tonight.
