STATE COLLEGE – It’s another road trip for the Wildcats as they will board the bus to take on the Little Lions of State College tonight at 7 p.m.
State High (5-4) is fresh off a road win of their own when they knocked off Champersburg, 42-24 on Jan. 10. Central Mountain (8-1) is back in action following their second place finish at the Dallastown Duals, receiving their first loss of the season after tying Dallastown 28-28 and coming up short in the tie-braking criteria.
Comparing common opponents, State College has wins over BEA, 41-32; Jersey Shore, 60-19 and Shikellamy, 53-15. CM also has wins over that trio of opponents, BEA, 58-19; Jersey Shore, 62-12 and Shikellamy, 50-17.
The record-online will offer live audio stream of the match with John Lipez and Tom Elling offering up the call to bring you all the action. The stream will go live approximately 15 minutes before the match begins.
Keep in mind that the junior high match will go first if it would run long, it could delay the start of the varsity match.
